Abschiebe-Warnung Österreich - Russische Föderation am 31.12.2020!

Das Land, dem die Verfolgung aller Migrant*innen wichtiger ist als Covid-Gegenmaßnahmen wie die Unterlassung aller aufschiebbaren Reisen, führt eine unmenschliche Massen-Abschiebung nach der anderen durch. Ein makabres Silvester wird mit der Ausschaffung von Tschetschen*innen gefeiert, die tw. In Österreich aufgewachsen sind.

Die von Österreich am 03.12.2020 auf den Flughafen Moskau Abgeschobenen wurden dort bis zu sechs (!) Stunden vom russischen Geheimdienst verhört. Russland ist kein sicheres Land für die Angehörigen dieser Volksgruppe. Keine österreichische Kooperation mit den Verfolgern und Unrechtsstaaten!

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ о депортации !!!

Пожалуйста, передайте эту информацию чеченцам и выходцам с Кавказа, членам семьи и друзьям:

а) Кто может быть депортирован?

• Лица, получившие отрицательное решение о предоставлении убежища один раз и не подававшие жалобу, или лица, дважды получившие отрицательное решение о предоставлении убежища.

• Люди, которые живут в Австрии без документов

• Риск всегда выше, когда вы уже находитесь под сильным давлением властей, предлагающих вам покинуть Австрию.

б) Кого НЕЛЬЗЯ депортировать?

Кто все еще ожидает собеседования о предоставлении убежища или решения BFA, или кто подал жалобу на первый отрицательный результат в административный суд и ожидает результата.

Советы для людей, которым грозит депортация:

• Будьте осторожны, чтобы не пойти на контрольно-пропускной пункт полиции или быть проверенным без билета.

• Будьте осторожны, чтобы полиция не забрала вас по вашему зарегистрированному адресу.

• Не ходите в места, где часто бывает расистский полицейский контроль (в Вене: Meidling, Westbahnhof, Praterstern, остановки U-6 ...)"

Deportation-Alert Russia

Warning: There are hints towards a charter deportation Austria- Russia on December 31.12.2020! Please spread and warn!

Shortly after the charter deportation to Russia on 3 December, several people of Chechen origin were again detained in detention pending deportation (Schubhaft), after they had gone to the police to sign a declaration.

Please forward this information to people from Chechnya, family members and friends:

a) Who can be deported?

 People who have 1 negative decision on asylum and have not lodged an appeal or people who have 2 negative decisions on asylum.

 People who live in Austria without any papers

 The risk is always higher when you are already under great pressure from the authorities to leave Austria. The risk is also higher for people who have already been convicted in criminal proceedings.

b) Who can NOT be deported?

Anyone who is still waiting for the asylum interview or for the decision from the BFA, or who has filed an appeal against the 1st negative with the administrative court and is waiting for the result.

Tips for people who are threatened with deportation:

 The experiences of the last few weeks have shown that it is very dangerous to go to appointments with the police if one is currently threatened with deportation. Therefore, do not go to police appointments if it can be avoided somehow. In any case try to get a lawyer to clarify whether you risk being taken into custody pending deportation.

 Take care that you do not get into police checks or are checked without a ticket

 Take care that you are not taken away by the police at your own registration address

 Do not go to places where there are often racist police checks (In Vienna: Meidling, Westbahnhof, Praterstern, U-6 stops...)"
